Contest Rules

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets.
  2. Must be a legal resident of the United States to be eligible.
  3. Entries are not tax deductible.
  4. We will only use your personal information and/or email address in conjunction with information related to the Cleveland Junior Tamburitzans.
  5. Winner need not be present to win.
  6. Winner will need to arrange pick-up to claim any prize. Shipping is not included, nor is the Cleveland Junior Tamburitzans liable for any charges.
  7. Proper identification is required to claim any prize. (i.e.valid Driver’s License, etc.)
  8. All online entries must be submitted to us no later than 11:59 PM on April 12, 2023, to guarantee a place in the drawings. In-person entries will be accepted during the Reverse Raffle on April 15, 2023 only.
  9. All proceeds benefit the Cleveland Junior Tamburitzans at 34900 Lakeshore Boulevard (Box 10), Eastlake, Ohio 44095.
  10. Each entry costs $10.
  11. Neither the Cleveland Junior Tamburitzans nor any other person, organization, or business sponsoring or participating in the Cleveland Junior Tamburitzans, assumes any liability for any claims, injury, or other damages arising out of possession of any winnings through this ticket, and by purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges a limitation on liability.
